Passion Rx or Passion Rx with Yohimbe?
There are two versions of Passion Rx, with and without yohimbe bark extract.

I purchased the Passion Rx product and need to know if it contains dairy or gluten.
    It does not contain dairy or gluten or soy residues.

    Thanks for asking but this is a proprietary blend. The FDA allows companies to list the ingredients but allows by choice to not list the amounts since they understand that if amounts are listed other companies can copy a successful formula.

Dosage
There is no strict dosage guideline since some individuals may get a benefit from a third of a capsule every other day whereas others may need a full capsule or more. We suggest you take at least a day off every 2 days. Once the benefits begin, the dosage and frequency of use can be decreased.

I recently purchased Passion RX with Yohimbe that arrived to my mailbox. And I observed on the label that men over 60 should start with half a pill. Why is that? And I also want to know if being over 60, which is my case, if it's possible and under what conditions to take the normal dose as suggested on the label instead the half capsule. I know that what you say it's just your opinion and that I am responsible of following the suggested use. But let me know your position.
    In general older people are more sensitive to the side effects of medications and supplements, therefore it is a safe approach to take less. You can open the caps by pulling on each side and empty the contents in water or juice on an empty stomach in the morning, 2 days on, 1 day off. If after a few days you do not notice a benefit, and no side effects, you can take a full pill if your doctor approves.

Tolerance
Can you please tell me if there is any risk of physiological dependency on Passion Rx with Yohimbe?
     We are not aware of any risk of being dependent on this herbal formula. We suggest people take a full week off each month.

Long term use
If you plan to use Passion Rx for many months or years, we recommend that you limit your use to 2 capsules a week and to take a week off per month.

Adverse effects, risks, caution
Side effects are possible with Passion Rx, just as they are possible with every aphrodisiac herb or prescription impotence medications. The most common side effect is increased energy and alertness which can last into late evening. If you take Passion Rx too many days in a row without a break it could start affecting your sleep.
   Aphrodisiac herbs have a tendency to increase heart rate. If you have heart disease or have a sensitive heart, you could notice that your heart rate is faster. If you take more than a capsule repeatedly for a few days you could even notice heart palpitations. For this reason we suggest using no more than a capsule and taking a day off every other day or every third day. Use less over time. Initially it may take a few days for this product to become effective, but once it is in your system, it works faster next time you take it.

Interactions with dietary supplements
Passion Rx is a potent product and we suggest, as a general guideline, to not take it the same day as herbs, hormones, or supplements that stimulate or enhance metabolism. There are thousands of single herbs, vitamins, and nutrients and countless natural formulas on the market and we can't be specific with each of them. Discuss with your health care provider if you have any health condition or taking other nutritional supplements before you use Passion Rx.
   Passion Rx is potent enough and we suggest you not take the following formulas, herbs and supplements the same day.

Antioxidants: Alpha lipoic acid.

Amino acids: Phenylalanine and Tyrosine.

Aphrodisiac herbs and adaptogens: These include catuaba, ginseng, horny goat weed extract, maca, muira puama, rhodiola, tongkat ali, tribulus terrestris and yohimbe. LJ100 is an extract of tongkat ali and is quite potent, so we don't suggest taking LJ100 the same day as this herbal aphrodisiac formula.

Eyesight Rx. The combination could cause insomnia. Eyesight Rx, in high doses, can cause shallow sleep, so can the libido product.

Fertilaid - Hello, my wife and I are in our thirties. I was wondering if I can mix Passion Rx with Fertilaid. I am looking to increase my sex drive along with my sperm count. My wife and I have one child and it has taken several years to get pregnant again and this baby unfortunately was a miscarriage. We were both tested ok to try the artificial insemination but failed to conceive.
   We are not familiar with Fertilaid and have not seen published studies with this product to know whether it is effective. Passion Rx has ingredients, such as maca, that are known to have an influence on fertility. We suggest not taking the products the same day. In the long run, Passion Rx is only used 2 days a week.

Hormones: DHEA and pregnenolone, together with Passion Rx, could cause overstimulation, insomnia, and rapid heart beat.

Mind and mood enhancers: These include acetyl carnitine, DMAE, galantamine, huperzine A, ginkgo biloba, Mind Power Rx, SAM-e, and trimethylglycine. You can alternate taking one capsule of Mind Power Rx on a separate day than one capsule of the passion formula.

Multivitamins: Some multivitamins are weak and may be fine to take with Passion Rx, others are strong and should be not be taken the same day. MultiVit Rx is potent and best used on a day when a Passion Rx pill is not taken.

Prostate Power Rx - We suggest you alternate between Prostate Power Rx and Passion Rx. You can take the sexual enhancer two or three times a week while taking the prostate pills 3 or 4 times a week but not on the same day.

Interactions with prescription medications
Passion Rx is very potent and may interact with prescription medications. This is a complicated issue since there are thousands of pharmaceutical drugs prescribed by doctors, and some patients take several medications a day. Discuss with your doctor if you have any health condition or taking any prescription medications before you use Passion Rx.

ADHD drugs and stimulants should not be taken the same day as this sexual enhancing pill.

Birth control pills - Begin with a half a capsule of Passion Rx two days on, one day off. If you do not notice any side effects, then you can take a full capsule of Passion Rx two days on, one day off, or every other day. Once the benefits begin, you can take this product less frequently.

Beta blockers - Examples include: acebutolol, atenolol, bisoprolol, esmolol, labetalol, metoprolol, pcarvedilol, ropranolol, and nebivolol. These medications, in general, can cause impotence or erectile dysfunction. Some men may search for an herbal formula to counter the erection preventing side effects of these prescription drugs. It is possible that Passion Rx could counteract these side effects. If the beta blocker is being used to prevent a heart arrhythmia, we do not suggest using herbal sexual enhancers since most of them, in high dosages, could induce heart rhythm disturbances. If the beta blocker is being used to treat mild blood pressure, then it should be okay to use Passion Rx two days a week.

Blood pressure medications - If you are taking a blood pressure medication due to moderate or high blood pressure, we don't suggest using Passion Rx. However, if you are taking a blood pressure medication in a low dosage since you have mild hypertension, the herbal formula may work out fine. Just monitor your blood pressure regularly.

Heart medications - Those who have heart disease should be aware that many herbs used for sexual enhancement can raise heart rate since they are stimulants. Therefore, anyone with heart disease or taking heart medications should be cautious. If your doctor believes your heart condition is mild and stable, he or she may advise you take half a capsule of Passion Rx every other day. If your heart condition is moderate to severe, we do not suggest taking this product or other herbs used for sexual enhancement that stimulate the heart.

SSRI antidepressants - It is difficult to predict the interaction of Passion Rx with medications used for depression since there are more than a dozen common antidepressants that are prescribed and people use them in different dosages. For instance, one person may take Prozac at 10 mg whereas another person may take a 40 mg dosage a day.
     As a general rule, we suggest you discuss with your doctor regarding taking this natural herbal formula along with your SSRI medication. He or she may suggest you take half a capsule every other day for a week. If no problems occur, the dosage can be increased. Keep in mind that SSRI drugs increase serotonin effect in the brain and this neurotransmitter can reduce libido, urge and sensation. Therefore any herbal formula you take to enhance sexual health will have to fight back against the suppression by the SSRI drugs.
